The project was facing challenges due to a design the client disliked. By actively listening to his concerns, I identified his preferences and committed to refining the concept through additional research.
My key achievements:
Since the product already had a designer who did not meet expectations and let go, I faced the challenge of exceeding expectations in UI design.
However, The project was huge, and the market was highly competitive, requiring thorough research to enhance the user flow and experience from existing solutions.
By gathering the available data, I was able to overcome this challenge and achieve client satisfaction with my designs
After a careful evaluation and discussion with the stakeholders, we decided to do a secondary research and redesign all designs to meet the market's needs and fulfill the employers' demands.
My outcomes required to be a full flow and designs of 071 website and native application
Since the product was already in the back-end development phase, there wasn't much time for extensive background research. However, I was able to conduct a brief analysis of our main competitor in the market.
The findings were quite insightful and indicated that we had a genuine opportunity to compete by refining our business strategy.
Based on these insights, we made the following key decisions:
Redesigning the website presented several unwritten challenges. On one hand, the visual design was unappealing and lacked cohesive UI elements; on the other, the user experience was outdated and didn't align with current industry standards.
The primary goal was to elevate the user experience, boost engagement, and clearly communicate the brand’s identity and values.
To achieve this, I developed a memorable brand color scheme tailored to resonate with users in the second-hand market. This, along with implementing best design practices, resulted in a more effective and user-centric final design.
Below is a comparison between the existing and new design implementations
After completing the website redesign, I was entrusted with designing the mobile application to ensure consistency with the website’s look and feel.
I delivered the native application designs along with a fully functional prototype flow to the development team, meeting all stakeholder requirements.
The mobile design focused on user-friendly navigation and interactions, ensuring a similar experience across both platforms.

While investors had high hopes for the project's success in the Iran market, Unfortunately, they encountered Back-End development problems that prevented investors from achieving a successful launch.
Despite their best efforts, these issues ultimately got the company behind schedule, and they made the call to conclude the project as a failure and not worth investing more into it.
The client took the opportunity to learn from this experience, implementing improvements in its processes and procedures to prevent similar setbacks.
These lessons laid the foundation for future projects and more successful platform developments.
All that said, the Design side had a 100% satisfaction rate for the client.
